All in-stock parts only are covered by our 1 YEAR WARRANTY (365 days). Any special order parts are subject to the suppliers warranty coverage.

All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt, and be in same condition as when sold. Warranty is void if the part has been deemed disassembled.

3)

Refunds may be give up to 30 DAYS from original purchase date, after 30 Days EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit may be used only for a period of one year from the date of issue.

Engines are guaranteed to be in good operating condition with reasonable limits of specifications for 365 days as stated by the seller (i.e.) oil pressure, compression & oil consumption. Only the Crankshaft, Block, Heads, & Valve Train are covered under this guarantee. Accessories such as Water Pump, Distributor, Fuel System, & Manifolds are left on for customer convenience only. Automatic Transmission & Rear Ends are guaranteed functional assemblies for a period of 365 days. The guarantee covers replacement or repair at the option of the seller. It does not cover any other expenses, such As Towing, Emergency Road Service, Lodging Or Related Expenses. Failure to replace Front & Rear Transmission Seals voids the warranty. This warranty is honoured at Andy's Auto Wreckers Only or a location authorized in writing, by Andy's Auto Wreckers. Exchange casting must be returned by purchaser & must be accompanied by the sales receipt. Any failure as a result of an improper installation voids the warranty.

Un-shelved & Non-defective parts are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.

Any SPECIAL ORDER parts or BODY CUTS to order are NON-RETURNABLE.

Warranty is limited to replacement, repair or refund at the option of the seller.

Warranty DOES NOT COVER LABOUR expense to remove or replace a nonfunctional part.

All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by the buyer for defect or safety hazards. Seller states that it in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards & affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards, & it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.
